Pre-launch scope
This website provides information about Pleroma Works, its research, and its proposed Compute Deflation Initiative. No S-series product is currently offered for sale. Product descriptions, design targets, timing, formulas, and illustrative calculations are not offers, price guarantees, reservations, or promises of availability.
Illustrative and research information
Market examples may change and should be read with their source date and status. Research materials may include definitions, derivations, hypotheses, computational experiments, and open questions. Their publication does not convert a hypothesis into an established result or professional advice.
Permitted use
You may access the public site for lawful informational, educational, and evaluation purposes. You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected systems, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Accounts and separate services
Some legacy, research, or Threadpull functions may use accounts or separate service terms. Access to those functions does not create a right to purchase compute hardware and does not change the pre-launch status displayed on the compute pages.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, site text, design, software, and Pleroma Works names and materials are owned by or licensed to Pleroma Works. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a manufacturer or product does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or reseller authorization.
No warranties
The informational website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Pleroma Works does not warrant that planning information, research hypotheses, or third-party market observations will remain current or error free.
Future commerce terms
Before hardware orders open, Pleroma Works will publish transaction terms addressing price, payment, tax, shipping, delivery, risk of loss, cancellation, fraud screening, returns, damage, warranty, support, export controls, and dispute treatment. Those terms should be reviewed by counsel and will govern any accepted order.
